Just minutes before we were scheduled to start the wedding, Hunter practically dragged Vanessa to a beautiful park within walking distance of their house. He felt that he hadn’t properly asked her to marry him, and he wanted to do it right. The result, as you see, was complete surprise on Vanessa’s part, resulting in us all having to run to get there on time! Hunter was working on restoring the Kenosha courthouse where they got married, and so all of his co-workers were able to congratulate him right after the ceremony. This couple was amazing! Both of them had such a classic, almost old-fashioned style which I loved being able to capture!
